Meeting Control

This image shows the Meeting Control menu, represented by the cogs or gear icon located at the top right of your screen (just to the right of the log out button). The Meeting Control menu appears only when you are viewing a specific meeting page, as it contains settings and actions related to that particular meeting.

To explore the options available, simply click on the menu item below that you would like to learn more about. Each action provides tools for managing different aspects of the meeting, from editing details and attendees to publishing or deleting the meeting.

Publish, Unpublish and Republish Meetings

Publishing a board pack makes it visible to members. Unpublishing hides it, and republishing allows you to issue an updated version.

 

Notify Meeting Attendees

Emails sent to inform members of upcoming meetings. Types: Notice (pre-publication), Notify (post-publication with calendar invite), and Update (for changes to meeting details).

Board Pack Review

Send draft packs or minutes to selected members for review. Reviewers can comment, viewable by the requestor (and optionally all reviewers).

Manage Attendees

Add or remove members or committees from a meeting via the Attendees link in the Overview. Select or deselect checkboxes and press Save to update.

Edit Meeting Details

Administrators and editors can update meeting info, dates, or virtual links via the Meeting Details screen. Republish if the meeting was already published.

Board Packet Settings and Security

Adjust appearance, layout, and security. Manage global settings, index page details, and access restrictions.

Cover Page Management

Control pack covers at site, committee, or meeting level. Use site-wide defaults, override per committee, or set a specific meeting cover.

Divider Page Manager

Visual breaks for agenda items without attachments; upload a single template matching your cover page size.

Publish History

Track board pack and minutes versions. Documents can be Draft, Published, or Superseded.

Refresh Meeting

Updates the meeting view to show the latest changes. Use if new changes aren’t appearing on your screen.

Delete Meeting

Permanently removes a meeting and all its content (agenda, documents, minutes, history). This action cannot be undone.
