Refresh Meeting
The Refresh Meeting option is located under the Meeting Controls menu—the cog icon in the top-right corner of the meeting screen. You'll find it just above the Delete Meeting option.
This function allows users to update the meeting interface by clearing cached data and loading the latest information from the server. It ensures that any recent changes—such as new agenda items, uploaded documents, or attendee updates—are immediately reflected in the user interface.
While BoardCloud supports real-time screen updates, there may be times when a manual refresh is helpful. You can either:

Do a full screen refresh by reloading the browser tab, or

Click the Refresh Meeting button for a quicker, targeted update.
When should I use "Refresh Meeting"?
Use the Refresh Meeting option if:

A colleague has just uploaded new content that isn’t showing on your screen.

An attendee was added or updated during the meeting.

You’ve made changes from another device or tab and want to sync your view.
Refreshing ensures you’re always working with the most current meeting data, helping keep everyone on the same page.
