Creating vs Using a Form

In BoardCloud, creating a form and using a form happen in different areas of the system.

To create a new form, go to:
Settings → Form Maker
This is where you build your forms.

To use an existing form (for example, adding it to a meeting, committee, or as a standalone form):
 you’ll select “New Form”, but from within Form Register.

In short:
Form Maker (Settings) = create forms
Form Register → New Form (in meetings/committees) = attach and use an existing form
