Tracking Your Resolution's Progress

The Resolutions Manager is BoardCloud's document signing system. It allows administrators to distribute documents for electronic signature and monitor the signing process from start to finish.

As of Version 8.0, the previous signature feature, where documents were tagged for signature within an agenda, has been retired. Documents can no longer be marked for signature before or during a meeting. Instead, all signature requests are managed through the Resolutions Manager.

Using the Resolutions Manager, you can:

  • Send any document for signature
  • Request signatures from one or multiple signatories
  • Create round-robin signing workflows
  • Monitor signing progress in real time
  • View the status of all signatories
  • Generate a complete audit report
  • Store final signed documents securely within BoardCloud

The system automatically manages reminders, tracks each step of the signing process, and creates a court-admissible audit trail for every completed document.
