This option uses AI to compile your minutes by combining your meeting transcript, agenda, documents,
attendance, votes, and tasks into a structured set of minutes.
Build your minutes manually with AI assistance
A more guided approach where AI assists in drafting your minutes based on your uploaded transcription, allowing you to review
and refine the content.
Use external minutes document
Upload and manage minutes that have been created outside of BoardCloud, keeping all records stored centrally within your portal.
Build your minutes from agenda template
The most manual option, where you use your agenda structure as a base to build and capture your minutes directly within the platform.
