Auto Minutes
BoardCloud’s new Auto Minutes feature records and transcribes your meeting and automatically transforms this record into formal minutes. This significantly reduces the time and effort required to produce minutes for distribution to meeting attendees.
Our new Auto Minutes feature synthesizes the:
- Agenda
- Meeting attendees and individual designations
- In-meeting motions or votes
- In-meeting task assignments
- The meeting transcript

Getting Started with Auto Minutes
Meet Gladis, BoardCloud's meeting bot.
When you create a virtual meeting an option will available to Invite Gladis to your meeting.
By selecting the option:
- Gladis will join the meeting at the time meeting and link given.
- Gladis will record the meeting.
- Gladis will automatically produce a transcript of the meeting which will be available in your transcriptions page.
- Auto Minutes will fashion minutes of the meeting from the meeting transcript, the meeting agenda, the attendance list, and the results of any votes taken and tasks allocated.
When you return to the meeting overview Gladis will appear in your list of meeting attendees, this indicates that the Gladis will be attending the meeting and will automatically perform the above listed actions. 
Important: Please remember to let Gladis in when she arrives at your meeting. If she is left in the waiting room she will be unable to perform her job.
When you go to the minutes tab in the meeting page you will find a message that your auto-generated minutes will appear shortly after the meeting has concluded (you can can still add minutes manually by clicking Build Minutes). In a few minutes you will find your completed minutes here and will also receive an email confirming that your minutes have been created. 
You can use the minutes editor to make any adjustments to text and customizations to the font and format.
