Receiving Your Welcome Email

Click the “Confirm Email” link in your welcome email to set your password and activate your BoardCloud account.

Login Page

Use your organization's unique BoardCloud URL to log in. There’s no universal login page.

How To Log Out

Click Log Out in the top-right corner of the screen to securely exit the portal.

Forgot Password

Click Forgot Password to receive a reset link via your registered email. Or contact your portal admin or BoardCloud Support for assistance.

Bookmark Your Portal

To make it easier to access your board portal in the future, you can bookmark the page in your web browser.

Accessing Your BoardCloud Portal

Accessing your BoardCloud portal is simple and secure.

When your organization adds you to BoardCloud, you will receive a welcome email where you can click the “Confirm Email” link to set your password and activate your account.

To log in, always use your organization's unique BoardCloud URL, as there is no universal login page. Once inside the portal, you can securely log out at any time by clicking Log Out in the top-right corner.

If you forget your password, simply select Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link via email, or contact your portal administrator or BoardCloud Support for help.
