Committee Meeting History

In the committee panel, you’ll find a Meetings tab. Clicking this opens a popup that lists all meetings on record for the committee, both upcoming and past.

View meeting details by clicking on the meeting name (green link).

Access the agenda directly by clicking the blue Agenda button.

Open past packs and minutes, which are stored securely and always accessible.

All committee members see the same meeting history, but access is restricted. Only members of that specific committee can view the records.

In addition, there’s a link to the Year Planner, which displays past and upcoming meetings on a calendar for the full year.

This makes it easy to:

• Track and prepare for upcoming meetings.
• Revisit discussions, decisions, and signed documents from previous meetings.
• Access board packs and minutes without searching through emails.
• See the year’s meetings at a glance on the calendar.
