My BoardCloud Emails Are Not Being Delivered
What to do if you’re not receiving password reset or confirmation emails
While BoardCloud takes every step to ensure the successful delivery of system emails (such as password resets and welcome emails), delivery is sometimes blocked by mail filters or corporate security systems.
If you’re missing an expected email, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Check your Spam or Junk folder
Many missing BoardCloud emails end up in your spam folder.
Use your email search function to look for messages from:
support@boardcloud.app
If you find any BoardCloud emails:
- Mark them as “Not Spam” or “Safe Sender”
- Add support@boardcloud.app to your contacts or safe senders list
This ensures future BoardCloud emails go straight to your inbox.
Step 2: Check with your IT or email administrator
In many organizations, emails may be held in a corporate mail gateway such as Mimecast, MailMarshal, or Barracuda. Ask your IT team to check if any messages from support@boardcloud.app or BoardCloud Support have been quarantined or blocked.
If they find any, they can:
- Release the messages, and
- Whitelist support@boardcloud.app so future messages are delivered.
Step 3: Contact BoardCloud Support
If you’ve checked your spam folder and confirmed that messages aren’t being blocked, please contact support@boardcloud.app for further assistance.
Please include:
- Your organisation’s name
- The email address you’re expecting the mail on
- A short note describing which message hasn’t arrived (e.g. password reset or welcome email)
