Send your draft minutes for review to selected members. They will receive a link to the minutes and a short guide on how to review.

Working with the Minutes Editor

Once generated, edit and publish meeting minutes. Has versioning, and attendee distribution.

Using the Minutes Wizard

You can create your meeting minutes using the Minutes Wizard in two ways:

  1. From the Minutes tab under the overview, click Minutes Wizard, or
  2. From the Meeting Controls (cog icon, top right corner), select Minutes.

Once you click either of these, you’ll be asked to choose one of three options:

  1. Generate Minutes using AI
  2. Use External Minutes Document
  3. Generate Minutes from Your Meeting Agenda
