Task icons change based on their status, open, completed, or canceled, so you can quickly see what’s in progress and what’s done.

Task Filters

Narrow your dashboard view by Task Type, Status, or Priority. The task list updates automatically as filters are applied.

Dedicated Task Management Dashboard

BoardCloud provides a full function task management dashboard that is accessible for members and administrators. 

From a user (member's) perspective, the task dashboard is a central place where all tasks assigned to that individual are aggregated. Any task that is created and assigned to a specific user(s) will be visible to that member when they log in and view the task dashboard. This ensures that members always see any tasks assigned to them.

An admin can see:

  • All tasks they have assigned to others, and
  • Any tasks assigned to them (whether created by themselves or another admin).

An admin cannot see tasks that were assigned by another admin to other members.
