Committee-based tasks are linked to a specific committee and visible to its members. They help track responsibilities between or outside of meetings.

Committee Based Tasks

Not every task comes out of a meeting. Sometimes you need to assign general responsibilities, prep work, or follow-ups that aren’t tied to a specific meeting's agenda. That’s where committee-based tasks come in.

These tasks live in the shared task area of your board or committee and can be tracked just like meeting tasks.

Members with the Group Editor role can create tasks for the committees they are part of.
