Joining the Virtual Meeting

If your meeting is being held online, you can join it directly from BoardCloud or from the meeting invitation email.

From The Email Invitation

When the admin notifies you of the meeting, you will receive an email notification.

In the email, click the Join link to open the virtual meeting platform your organization uses (such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom).

From The Meeting Page

Either click on Go To The Meeting in your email notification:

Or open the meeting in BoardCloud:

Under Meeting Details, you will find the Join Meeting link that will take you to the virtual meeting platform.

From the Meetings Dashboard

On your dashboard, look for My Next Meeting.

Click Join Google / Teams / Zoom Meeting to open the meeting directly.

If the link does not appear, the meeting organizer may not have added a virtual meeting link.

The meeting link opens in a new browser tab or the relevant app.
