Agenda Documents 

Agenda sections make up your board pack. These are the items your meeting will cover.

Documents within each agenda item can be clicked on to open and view right inside BoardCloud. Supported file types include PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

When you open a document, you can navigate, search, zoom and scroll using the viewer tools.

If your pack is big or you want to read a document specifically, just open that one.

Annotations you make here won’t save back into the agenda pack view. They’re only temporary in this context.

Depending on permissions set by your admin, you may be able to print or download documents for offline reading.
