Forms
Forms in BoardCloud
BoardCloud forms allow your organization to collect information directly from meeting attendees and board members. Forms may be used for:
- Conflict of interest declarations
- Voting and approvals
- Surveys and feedback
- Policy acknowledgements
- Sign-offs and confirmations
Forms can be linked to meetings, committees, or shared organization-wide.
Accessing a Form
Forms are usually shared with you in one of the following ways:
- Inside a meeting agenda
- Through a committee
- Via a notification email
- Under your assigned forms section
When a form is available to you, simply open it and complete the required fields.
Completing a Form
Most forms are straightforward and easy to complete.
Depending on the form, you may see:
- Text fields for written answers
- Dropdown menus
- Checkboxes
- Rating scales
- Yes/No questions
- Multiple-choice questions
Required Questions
Some questions may be marked as required with an asterisk (*).
You must complete these questions before submitting the form.
Editing Your Responses
You cannot edit the form once your form has been submitted.
Anonymous Forms
Some forms may be configured as anonymous.
When a form is anonymous, your name is not attached to your responses and administrators can view the results, but not who submitted them
If anonymity is important for a specific form, this will normally be indicated clearly by your organization.
