Where To Find Past Meeting Minutes

Published meeting minutes are saved to the committee the meeting is linked to.

Go to the committee that hosted the meeting. Click Meetings on the tab. There will be a list of all the different resources linked to this committee. Click on the minutes next to the relevant meeting to view these minutes.

Clicking on the minutes will open the BoardCloud Viewer. You can still edit these minutes if necessary.

The above is know as the Committee Knowledge Panel. Each committee has its own panel that aggregates all related information. Only users part of this committee will be able to access the relevant minutes.
