How to Unpublish Minutes

The unpublish process will prevent committee members from viewing the minutes until they are republished again. Note, when the minutes are republished, they will have a new, sequential Revision Number, which is added for audit purposes.

To unpublish, click the Unpublish button in the Minute’s Editor toolbar (see below):

By clicking 'Yes, Unpublish it!' as shown below, the minutes will be unpublished.
