Refreshing the Minutes
Refreshing Minutes
The most common reason for using the Refresh button is to update active content in the minutes. You should refresh your minutes if there have been updates to attendance records, any changes to votes, or new tasks have been added.
Refreshing ensures that the minutes accurately reflect the latest agenda and meeting data and it does so without erasing any of your manual edits.
Click the Refresh button located next to the save button in the top left-hand corner of the Minute’s Editor. A pop up in the top right corner of the screen will tell you it has been successful.
All agenda updates should now appear in your minutes.
