Generate Minutes from Your Meeting Agenda
Select Generate Minutes from Your Meeting Agenda.
This option allows you to generate your meeting minutes directly from your agenda.
Step 1: Select Minute Options
You can choose the following sections to include in your minutes:
- Include Attendees
- Include Motions
- Include Tasks
Click Finish to generate your minutes.
The system will use your agenda items as headings for the minutes and include any sections you selected.
Your minutes will appear and can still be edited as normal.
Important: Resetting the minutes will clear the document completely.
