BoardCloud allows members to be added or removed from committees, and to be assigned designations for each committee they belong to.
The system automatically builds a history of all member additions, removals, or moves for each committee in your board portal. Over time, this history accumulates and can be used for audit and enquiry purposes. You can access this information via the Membership Register, available from the menu when you click the green plus sign at the top right of the committee panel.
The Membership Register function is designed to support better governance processes in any organization.
You can also export this history using the buttons at the bottom of the page for reporting or offline record-keeping.
This pop up is the same as the Committee History pop up.
