BoardCloud Email Templates
Below is a list of all BoardCloud email templates that can be sent from the system. Note emails sent from your portal will be branded with your company logo.
Task notification
When a task is assigned to a member, they’ll receive an email notification that looks like this.
Form notification
When a form is sent to a member to complete, they’ll receive an email that looks like this.
Welcome email
Sent when a new user is added to the portal. Includes login details and a link to get started. The email looks like this.
Reset password
Sent when a user requests to reset their password. Contains a secure link to create a new one. The email looks like this.
Meeting invite
Sent to members when a meeting is created. Includes date, time, duration, location and a link to the portal. The email looks like this.
Two factor notification
Sent when a user enables two-factor authentication. Includes a verification code. The email looks like this.
Review minutes
Sent when meeting minutes are ready for review. Includes a direct link to the minutes. It also includes a link to a quick tutorial on the BoardCloud viewer functionality. The email looks like this.
Member email
General messages sent from the portal to board members using the email tool. The email looks like this.
Meeting update email
Sent when meeting details, such as date, time, or documents, are updated after the initial invite. The email looks like this.
Meeting Review email
Sent to members to review meeting content, used after packs have been updated. It also includes a link to a quick tutorial on the BoardCloud viewer functionality. The email looks like this.
Meeting notice email
A formal notice sent to announce an upcoming meeting. Includes date, time, duration, location and a link to the portal. The email looks like this.
Guest welcome email
Sent to external guests when they’re invited to the portal. Includes a link to set their password, similar to a Welcome mail and a link for help on how to do so. The email looks like this.
Guest meeting notification
Sent to guests to notify them of an upcoming meeting they’re invited to attend. Includes date, time, duration, location and a link to the portal. The email looks like this.
Group email notification
Sent when a message is emailed to a group, which is a committee. Includes the message content. The email looks like this.
Minutes published
Sent when final minutes are published. Has a link to view the minutes and a link to go to the actual meeting. The email looks like this.
