Task Overview in My Tasks

This area will display all the tasks on your portal 

In My Tasks, you can click on the committee or meeting name shown on a task to go directly to its related page.

Learn more about Meeting Based Tasks and Committee Based Tasks to create tasks tied to specific meetings or committees.

The Task Manager is shown in the image below. To view a task, click on the Pencil Icon (shown highlighted in yellow) next to the task's name on the left. You cannot edit it, other than adding a comment. To delete a task, click the red X.

When the Pencil Icon is clicked, it opens a pop-up with full task details, including:

Title
Description
Assigned members
Priority
Due date and time

You can:
Add a comment. This is the only part you can edit
View comments
Click Update (green button) to save any changes
Click Close to exit without saving
Click Delete to remove the task
