Help Centre

BoardCloud provides a range of help resources to assist both administrators and members in using the system effectively.

While many of the help videos focus on administrators who set up meetings, several of them may also be helpful for board members. You can use the search bar on the Help Centre to find guidance on specific features or topics.

Accessing the Help Centre

You can access the Help Centre directly from your BoardCloud portal.

Click the Help link in the top-left corner of the screen.

This will open the BoardCloud Help Centre, where you can browse articles, watch videos, and search for assistance.

Book a Training Session

If you would like additional guidance, you can book a training session.

Click the Book Training link in the Help section.

This option is available to both administrators and members.

You will be able to schedule an online training session (e-meeting) with a member of the BoardCloud team.

Contact Support

If you require assistance, you can contact the BoardCloud support team.

Click the Contact Us link in the Help section.

This will take you to a contact form where you can submit your query.
