BoardCloud gives members a pleasing way to view a directory of all members and their respective committees. Directory information is sourced from each member's profile.

Searching for a Member

The search function allows you to search for a specific member if your directory has a large amount of users. You can also select a committee to help narrow down your search.

Customization of Member Directory Data

BoardCloud has a standard user profile, which is delivered with some basic profile information. This basic profile data can easily be extended to include any number of custom fields and properties that your organization may require.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

To support privacy compliance, BoardCloud offers an option to hide member email addresses in the Member Directory.

When enabled, member names will still display in the directory, but email addresses will be hidden from view to protect personal information.

Important: This setting can only be applied on the server back end. If you would like this enabled for your portal, please contact the BoardCloud support team.
