Quorum And Non-Voting Members
Quorum and Non-Voting Members
Quorum Requirements
A quorum ensures a minimum percentage of eligible members participate before a vote is valid.
For example, setting a quorum at 50% requires at least half of the assigned voters to submit votes before results are finalized.

This ensures transparency and fairness for key resolutions or policy approvals.

Non-Voting Members
Non-Voting Members can attend and participate in discussions but cannot vote on motions.
They can be board members or committee members.
Once tagged as Non-Voting, they won’t appear in voter selection when setting up a vote.
