In-meeting votes now have their own dedicated Votes tab. 

Advanced Vote Features

  • Scheduled voting. Administrators can set when a vote opens and closes. This allows a vote to open ahead of a meeting.

  • Custom thresholds. Set the exact percentage needed for each vote to carry, to match your constitution or rules.

  • Secret ballots. Secret votes return only yes and no counts and carry no information about who voted.

  • Proxy voting. A member who is absent can vote by delegating another meeting attendee to vote on their behalf.

  • Email invitations. Invite attendees to vote by email. The link will take them directly to BoardCloud to vote securely.

  • Board pack integration. Each vote gets a divider page in the board pack, so readers can see which resolutions are being put forward.
