Viewing Completed Forms

The My Forms button (on the panel on the right-hand side of the screen) shows all the completed forms submitted by board members during meetings.

From here, you can:

• View the form responses
• Open the original form
• Delete any forms you no longer need

Just use the three action buttons to the left of each form’s name to manage your forms.
