Send Committee Email
On occasion a COSEC may need to send an email to a committee (either the entire committee or selected members).
BoardCloud provides this functionality as described below.
From the Committees screen the green + icon to open the Committee menu on the far right of the screen. Then click on the Committee Email menu option.
The pop up shown below will open, showing the first step in the send email process.
Click in the top checkbox (to the left of the title 'Member List' above the list of member icon bubbles). This will select all members in the list. Unchecking this top checkbox will unselect all members.
You can of course select individual committee members to send the email to, by checking the individual checkboxes next to each members name.
Click the Continue button to move the Email Details screen.
Composing Your Committee Email
The image below represents the next screen, which allows for the entry of the email subject and its message body.
Compose your email. Add a subject line and any text required.
Note the the editor also allows for images to be added.
At this stage, attachments are not supported, but will be in a future release.
