Adding Committee Resources

On the Committees page, Admins can see every committee in the system. Members, on the other hand, will only see the committees they are part of. Each committee has a Resources tab, that when clicked on, opens a dialog window showing all documents and videos in that particular library.

Below is a resource library from a Marketing Committee. The admin functions are shown:

A member's screen will be displayed as below:

A member of this committee will be able to view these resources, but they cannot add or edit them in any way. They can, however, download or print these documents (via the BoardCloud Viewer) if the appropriate permissions have been granted in the Resource Section Settings.
