Publishing & Unpublishing for Minutes
The publish process for minutes works in a similar way to publishing an agenda. Prior to being published, the minutes are not visible to members of a committee. Publishing inks a sequential version of the minutes for audit purposes and at the same time, makes the minutes visible to committee members.
Until publishing, minutes cannot be shared with committee members. Only after being published, can the minutes be distributed.
How to Publish Minutes
Click the Publish button located next to the Reset button from the Minute’s Editor toolbar:
This will cause the Publish dialog below to appear:
By clicking the 'Yes, Publish it!' button as shown in the dialog box below.
How to Unpublish Minutes
The unpublish process will prevent committee members from viewing the minutes util they are republished again. Note, when the minutes are republished, they will have a new, sequential Revision Number, which is added for audit purposes.
To unpublish, click the Unpublish button in the Minute’s Editor toolbar (see below):
By clicking 'Yes, Unpublish it!' as shown below, the minutes will be unpublished.
