Setting-up Guest Access
BoardCloud accommodates for meeting guests who can be invited to attend a meeting. Guests can be assigned to an agenda section, where a presentation or similar collateral can be loaded by the COSEC on behalf of the guest.
Guests are only able to see the agenda section that they are assigned to.
Setting Up Guest Access
Guests are added via a meeting's attendee function. Below is a view of how to access guest registration.
To access the Invite Guest pop up, click on Manage Attendees and the click on the Invite Guest button, highlighted on the left side of the image above.
The Invite Guest dialog look similar to the image below.
Once the basic information is entered and saved, the guest will be added to the system as a guest user. The guest will receive an email invite to the board portal.
The email sent to your new guest will look similar to the below image. Note that the guest can click the Confirm Email button in the email at any time before the meeting. The guest will be able to login and will be able to access the meeting he/she has been invited to.
