What are Committee Resources?

In board portal terms, committee resources refer to documents or videos that are related to a specific committee's mission. For example, a document listing Standing Audit Procedures could be loaded into the Audit & Risk committee's resource library.

A committee resource library within a board portal is a centralized repository where documents and resources related to a specific committee are stored and managed.

In BoardCloud, a committee resource library typically includes meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and other relevant documents that committee members need to access and review.
