Committee History

BoardCloud allows for members to be added and removed from committees. In addition, members can be allocated designations for each committee they are a member of.

BoardCloud automatically builds a history of adds and moves to each committee in your board portal. Over time this history accumulates and can be used for audit and enquiry purposes.

As can be seen from above example, this committee has no Non-Executive directors and hence does not show Term Start and Term End data.

Also, the member Gail Greenline was changed from Chair of the meeting to Secretary.

The committee history function is aimed at enabling better governance processes in any organization.
