Upload Logo

BoardCloud supports the use of your company logo to replace the standard logo. If you follow the instructions below, you can replace the BoardCloud logo with your own. 

Your logo will appear in the top left of the app screen, as well as on the login screen for all users.

The three steps in the image above are all that is required to upload your logo.

Additional Information about BoardCloud Personalised Logos

Unfortunately, some logos will not easily fit into the ratio of height to width that are mandated by the the BoardCloud theme layout.

We have done our best to provide scaling and background filtering to allow most logos to remain visible and within corporate CI guidelines. However, if your logo does not work well within the constraints of our environment, please raise a support ticket and we will do our best to find a solution.

Below is the Logo Upload screen at Step 3, after a logo has been uploaded successfully. 

Clicking Upload (Step 3) will:

• place your logo in the top left of your board portal
• add the logo to all email correspondence that gets sent out to your board and committee members during the agenda distribution process
