Secure Storage for Member's Files

BoardCloud provides a structured file storage function for personal files that are stored against a member's profile. This function is aimed at allowing a member or an administrator to upload and view specific files uploaded to the member's profile.

For example, a scan of a member's passport or a travel document can be uploaded and stored. Or any other file that the member of a system admin may require access to.

Files stored under a member's personal files can only be seen by the individual member and system administrators.

Adding Folders & Files to Member Files

The members files explorer works in a similar way to most file explorers. 

Folders can be created and structured in a tree with branches. Most file types can be uploaded into the files explorer.

Below is an image of the Member Files popup with a folder (Documents) and a PDF file (CEO Report) that has been uploaded into the repository. The file options menu is shown after the file has been right-clicked on.

An individual file can be moved, copied, downloaded, renamed or deleted.
