Making Forms Available to Members
There are several ways to make forms accessible to members in BoardCloud:
Emailing a Form Link
You can send members an email containing a direct link to the form.
The email will include a “View Form” button
When clicked, the member will be taken to the form within their BoardCloud portal
From there, they can complete and submit the form easily
This is a quick and effective way to notify members and prompt completion.
Adding the Form to a Meeting Agenda
If a form is linked to a meeting, it can be included directly in the agenda.
The form will appear as an agenda item
Members can access and complete it while reviewing the meeting pack
This is ideal for forms that need to be completed as part of meeting preparation or during the meeting
Access via the Forms Register
Forms are also available through the Forms Register.
Members can view forms assigned to them
They can see the status of each form (completed or outstanding)
This provides a central place to manage and track all forms
Access via Committee Forms
If a form is linked to a specific committee:
It will be available under that committee in the Forms Register
Only members of the committee will have access
This helps keep forms relevant and organized
